Hey guys! Nico here, writing up his second entry. To start off the day, the class began by listening to Kiara's exhilarating, yet fast-read post. When finished, she then chose me to do the blog. After settling this, the class took out English notebooks to fill in their 10 week grades. We received previous work to insert our scores, such as our second quiz, quickwrite, and 8.1 - 8.4 reading journals. As we wrapped up grades and collected our portfolios, the class got ready to take notes on Inside Out and Back Again. Ms. Nakada called on students using her random name generator to summarize each poem throughout the pages we have read.
